The 3 acre site is licensed to accept 150,000 TPA of mixed dry recyclables and construction and demolition waste. Waste is accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There is a 25-year lease in place with Irish Packaging Recycling which commenced 1st July 2019 with a rental yield of €338k PA.
