The site is located between the N2 and N3 corridor, near Dublin Airport and is well served by public transport. The surrounding area is comprised of a mix of both industrial and commercial buildings.
The 6.4-acre site is licensed to accept dry mixed recyclables, biodegradable waste, and construction & demolition waste, totaling up to 250,000 TPA. Waste is accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The site contains a Solid Recovered Fuel processing facility, recycling baling station, compost and source segregated food waste repackaging/processing, warehousing space, a double weighbridge, and ancillary offices, vehicle parking & re-fueling.
There is a 25-year lease in place with SEHL which commenced 1st September 2018 with a rental yield of €400k PA
