The site is located in the Hebron Industrial Estate, situated on the east side of Kilkenny City on the N10 Ring Road.
The 1.08 acre site has a permit to accept 25,000 TPA non-hazardous commercial and industrial recyclable material and inert construction and demolition waste. Waste can be accepted 6 days a week.
The current lease expires in 2024 with a rental yield of €100k PA to the Beauparc Utility Group.
