The site is located at Beauparc, Navan, Co. Meath just off the N2 with Dublin 43km to the south and the town of Navan 15km to the north.
The 19.5 acre site is licensed to accept mixed dry recyclables, commercial, industrial, household, construction and demolition waste totalling up to 250,000 TPA. Waste is accepted 6 days a week.
There is a 25-year lease in place with SEHL which commenced 1st September 2018 with a rental yield of €250k PA.
