The Chancery is in the heart of Dublin, south of the River Liffey on Ship Street adjacent to Dublin Castle.
The building is expected to be a four-story over basement hotel, comprising of bar, restaurant, reception, outdoor dining, and lobby on the ground floor.
This building is currently under construction, due for completion by July 2022.
